At Ling Trust, we are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals we support. We take a zero-tolerance approach to abuse, neglect, or exploitation and work proactively to create a safe environment for our tenants, staff, and stakeholders.

Our Commitment:

• We have robust safeguarding procedures in place to identify and report concerns.

• All staff and volunteers undergo enhanced DBS checks and mandatory safeguarding training to ensure they understand their responsibilities.

• We work closely with local authorities, care providers, and safeguarding boards to protect those in our care.

• Any safeguarding concerns are taken seriously and reported immediately in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Tenants are supported to understand their rights and how to report any concerns about their safety.
