Emergency repairs are issues that pose an immediate risk to health, safety, or the structure of your home. These include:
Flooding or severe leaks
Total loss of electricity, gas, or water supply
No heating or hot water in winter
Serious security risks (e.g., broken door locks, smashed windows)
Unsafe electrics, exposed wiring, or fire hazards
If you have an emergency repair, call us immediately at [Insert Emergency Number] instead of using the online form.

We aim to respond to all repair requests within 3 working days. The time to fix the issue depends on the type of repair:
Emergency repairs – Immediate response (within 24 hours)
Urgent repairs – Within 2-4 working days
Routine repairs – Within 7 working days
We will keep you updated on progress and inform you if there are any delays.

You will receive confirmation that we have received your request.
Our team will assess the urgency of the repair.
A contractor or maintenance worker will be assigned to fix the issue.
You will be notified of the scheduled repair date.
