What are the REACH Standards?
The REACH Standards are a nationally recognised framework that sets out the core principles of high-quality supported living. They were developed to ensure that individuals receiving housing support have full autonomy and dignity in their homes.
These 11 key standards focus on:
✔ Choice & Control – People have a say in where they live and who they live with.
✔ Real Tenancy Rights – Individuals have secure housing with full legal protections.
✔ Quality, Person-Centred Support – Every tenant gets tailored, empowering support.
✔ Inclusion & Citizenship – Everyone has the same rights, responsibilities, and opportunities as others.
The 11 REACH Standards
